Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Network Manager to oversee and enhance our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, along with 3 to 4 years of experience managing network systems and ensuring optimal performance and security. The Network Manager will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of network systems to support the organization’s operations.

key Responsibilities :

  • Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Configure and maintain network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Develop and enforce network security policies to protect the organization’s data and infrastructure from cyber threats.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to integrate new technologies and improve network capabilities.
  • Perform regular network assessments and capacity planning to accommodate growth and changes in technology.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff regarding network-related issues.
  • Prepare and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configuration files, and standard operating procedures.
  • Manage network-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new installations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Qualifications :-

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in network management, including experience with network design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network security practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
